From the very beginning, she showed a strong inclination toward learning and self-development. She completed her Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) with distinction, where her interest naturally gravitated toward accounting, marketing, and sales. Determined to sharpen her skills, she continued her academic path by completing her post-graduation in Sales and Marketing (M.Com / MBA), once again with distinction. Education became her strongest foundation but her real test was still ahead.

Shortly after completing her studies, the world faced an unexpected slowdown due to COVID-19. Career plans were paused, opportunities became limited, and uncertainty surrounded every decision.
During this period, she spent nearly two years attending virtual interviews, preparing from home, and giving each opportunity her full effort. Some conversations brought hope, others ended quietly but each experience added clarity, resilience, and patience.
Rather than losing faith, she trusted the process, believing that the right opportunity would arrive at the right time.

That moment arrived on 18th November 2022, when she received a call from Pride Group.
What followed was a four-day interview process intense, emotional, and unforgettable. Throughout this phase, her family stood as her strongest support system, with her father’s encouragement giving her constant strength.
When the final confirmation came, it marked more than professional selection it marked the beginning of a new chapter.

Accepting the opportunity meant making a brave decision leaving her village and relocating to Pune.
